CrossFit Innovate is located at 1049 MLK Jr. Blvd. in Northport, AL. We are proud
to be Northport’s first and only CrossFit affiliate. We offer a variety of programs including group training, nutritional counseling, fundamental classes and private one-on-one coaching. Our 2 certified CrossFit instructors are available for both group training and one-on-one training sessions. We have a passion for seeing you succeed and reach your fitness potential which often surpasses what was
thought to be IMPOSSIBLE. We scale all workouts to fit your needs and abilities. We take pride in bringing you informative and effective training each day.
